I will ‘hold your hand’ through which ever diagnostic pathway you choose and help you navigate all the steps involved to increase the likelihood of acceptance to assess, and ensure an accurate diagnostic outcome.

- Pre diagnostic questionnaires
- Individual need profiling meeting (60 minutes)- to help you further unpick and understand your child’s needs
- Child profile of strengths and needs report
- Support to choose a diagnostic provider in line with your child’s best interests
- Guidance on evidence to seek from school
- 45-60 minute meeting to support completion of screening questionnaires, ensuring all accurate evidence of need is presented to support agreement to assess and accurate diagnostic outcome
- Personalised strategies for you and your child, to help you all move forwards in a positive way
