About Us

Hi, I’m Natasha Bright, founder of Bright SEN Advice and Support.

With over 20 years of experience in the education system, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many children and families to gain the very best support, to ensure children thrive, not just survive, in education and beyond.

Our mission:

To support, guide and empower parents to establish the right support, at the right time, enabling every child to thrive; with clarity, confidence, and the right support behind them.

I’ve spent my career teaching and leading in both mainstream schools and specialist provisions, where I’ve worked with children facing a wide range of barriers to learning. I’ve seen firsthand how the right support, at the right time, can change lives.

As a qualified SENCo, Assistant Head of Inclusion, and former Teacher in Charge of a Specialist Support Centre, I’ve helped ensure that children’s needs are identified early, using evidence-based and ethical approaches. My practice is always child-centred, practical, and rooted in real-world school experience.

Qualifications:

  • BSc Psychology
  • PGCE in Teaching
  • Qualified SENCo (NASENCo)
  • Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Therapeutic Thinking Trainer

At Bright SEN Advice and Support, I bring my experience, knowledge, and expertise together to offer a professional, independent advisory service that truly listens, understands, and acts.

I support and guide families through the overwhelming SEN system- holding your hand every step of the way- to ensure your child receives the right support to reach their full potential and fly!

Many of the families I work with have spent years hearing that their child “can’t,” “won’t ever,” or “cannot” access basic and essential educational or life opportunities.

At Bright SEN Advice and Support, I believe in giving every child, regardless of need or barriers, the best opportunities in life. I listen, understand, and believe in what children can do, rather than seeing the barriers first. That belief has helped countless children gain the support they need to flourish

With my help, many families have achieved life-changing outcomes that have transformed children’s futures.

Based in West Sussex, I offer support to families from the local area and beyond.

So whether you need support to understand your child’s needs, help with an EHCP, guidance on school placements, coaching, or just someone who can guide you through it all, I’m here to help.

Together, we’ll work towards a brighter future for your child
